Spore is under development by Maxis, designed by Will Wright and produced by EA Games. It simulates the complete history and future of life. Its concept, scope, and development philosophy (broad use of procedural generation) have drawn wide attention [ via Wikipedia ]. The Game has many phases to develope the creatures: Tide pool phase, Creature phase, Tribal phase, City phase, Civilization phase and Space phase.
