What if a reference image could become a 3D model for your next ArchViz scene? In this tutorial, I explore Tripo AI and show how an image-to-3D workflow fits into a 3ds Max project. The quality of the generated models surprised me!
I start with reference images and explore how multiple views can guide the result. Then I demonstrate Quad topology, Smart Mesh P2.0 and Mesh Edit, showing how to refine the generated model before bringing it into a scene.
The tutorial also covers the 8K texture option and DCC Bridge, which sends the final asset directly to 3ds Max. You will see the process from the initial reference through to the final renders, with a practical focus on architectural visualization.
