Already happened with the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cg-blog.com\/index.php\/2009\/10\/29\/vray-caustics-tutorial.htm\">caustic effect in the pool<\/a> and once again is about light I&#8217;m talking about.<\/p>\n<p>My idea started when the main actors go to dinner. This is the scene:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-878\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cg-blog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/bounty-hunter.jpg\" alt=\"bounty-hunter\" width=\"600\" height=\"316\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No, it was not <em>Jennifer Aniston<\/em> to caught my attention, at least not this time! But it was what you can see in the background: that light deformation called <strong>bokeh effect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bokeh effect is a direct consequence of a restict depth of field<\/strong>, so distant objects from the focused area result deformed, taking strange shapes such as circles, pentagons, hexagons and so on.
