What is LSF?<\/strong>
\nLSF stands for Lighting Sharing Format<\/em>, and it’s the meta-language to communicate between users who use 5SRW method for photorealistic renders.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nThe scene must comply the 5SRW rules<\/a>
\nOtherwise a review could be required to be accepted for LSF format.<\/p>\n

To share your lighting in LSF, we just need 3 things.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Your final render;<\/li>\n
  2. A render with Generic material;<\/li>\n
  3. A 3ds Max file, with just the 3d volume.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Take a look the the following example:<\/p>\n

    EXAMPLE – What to send<\/h2>\n

    1 – Final render<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 (1500px width) – with NO POST PRODUCTION!<\/span><\/p>\n

    2 – Render with default V-Ray Mtl<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0– (For glass: hide or assign glass mtl) \/ 1500px width<\/p>\n

    3 – 3ds Max File:\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Max file we need is without<\/strong>: chairs, tables, sofa, materials, textures.. Nothing of this.
